This was Danbury Mint’s twenty-fifth year of issuing these ornaments and the first of two years celebrating the New Millennium. (Yes, I am one of those folks who believe the new Millennium did not start until January 1, 2001!) More ornaments are created so that parts move freely. The detail on the Annual ornament is breathtaking. And, get this; the bells on the Wreath with Bells ornament actually jingle!
